"Great alternative for a traditional hostel, same set up except private rooms with doors that lock. The bathrooms are shared on every floor, and the showers are separated by gender on each floor (odds floor for men, even for women i believe. I did solo but would be great for two"

Not only were they clean and spotless but housekeeping was attentive to what we needed! Staff were very welcoming and helpful when it came to shipping our suitcases. The lobby had a variety of drink options (THE best apple juice ever, coffee, tea, etc), crackers, and fresh bread daily. It is also at the perfect location, a walking distance from Tokyo...

"Checked in and out were smooth despite no physical person manning the reception, make sure yr smartphone has data roaming. Comfortable for a family of 5. Double bed a bit small if 2 big adults to share. Sensor lights at corridor and sink area [facing bedroom] can very annoying as they could go on and off.
