The rooms are clean and modern, close to Disney, which was our purpose for staying. The breakfast buffet was delicious, a little expensive but the welcome hour is free and they serve snacks and cocktails

The Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay is an excellent choice. Its proximity to the station and the adjoining shopping malls is unbeatable. We loved being able to walk right out and have dozens of fantastic restaurants and shops at our fingertips. The hotel itself is clean, family-friendly, and very accommodating. Will definitely return!"

One stop from Disney train station, Lawsons on property was awesome! Train station connected to hotels. Loved the daily lounge hours with free wine and beer. Shuttles to and back from Disney were great!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Oriental Hotel. Extremely family friendly and the family room was very generous with space. Breakfast had a variety of options, and even my kids who are very fussy eaters found something to eat. Having a laundry and dryer on site certainly helped with the washing, so I didn’t have as much to do when we got home.

Great facilities- welcome snacks/drinks in the evening which the kids absolutely loved, restaurants and a convenience store attached to the hotel, and if wanting to visit the Disney parks as there is a shuttle that leaves the hotel regularly. Everything was clean and comfortable, my family and I really enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is in a very good location for shopping, eating and train ride. It provides free shuttle to Tokyo Disney/Sea and has bus service to Haneda airport (for a minimal fee). It’s very clean, excellent amenities; very well maintained property! I didn’t like how the bathroom was setup; toilet and shower were in separate rooms! We enjoyes our stay and will stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay with Oriental Hotel. The convenience of the station and Lawson helped a ton! The mall next to the hotel had great shopping and restaurants!! The staff were amazingly helpful! It was great to have a laundry service, luggage holding, money exchange, and a lounge at night. And the amenities room was so helpful. The room had 6 beds so our family rested very well! We plan to stay there every time we go back

This hotel is truly a hidden gem. We (American tourists) were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was—clean, quiet, and safe. The location is excellent, with direct access to a train station, convenience stores, and a large shopping center. Overall, our stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable, reflecting the hard work and dedication of the hotel management and staff behind the scenes.
