A really convenient and cost effective place to stay for Disney. The shuttle made it super simple to to get too and from. The welcome lounge was a real hit for our group of 12 (free drink and sweet treats available in the afternoon/evenings). Foot massagers in the bedrooms, amazing showers. We really rated this place, especially given the price!

The location is unbeatable. We love the “Welcome Lounge” that is open for guest from 2pm to 11pm. We love the free snacks and drinks. We love its close proximity to the train station and Malls and local shops. The shuttle to Disney was awesome, too.

Rooms were comfortable. Each of the five of us had a good sized twin bed. Conveniently located by Shin-Urayasu station. Next to Atre and Aeon malls. Good inexpensive food in mall. Would stay here again.

The beds were perfect, the shower pressure incredible and the foot massager amazing after a day of walking. The Tiroir amenities were much appreciated. We did not eat from the candy buffet (after spending the day at Disney, we would have preferred fresh fruit or vegetables). The breakfast was fantastic for variety and quality.

Five stars all across the board. Room was clean and spacious. The Marin had 4 comfortable beds that worked out for our family with young kids. Amenities are great (especially the 25 hour Lawsons). Very convenient shuttle to Disney and easy train access to Tokyo Dtationm Would stay again if wr werre to come back to Disney.

We loved everything about the Oriental Hotel. The room comfortably housed 5 adults. The welcome lounge was a great bonus at night. A huge selection of amenities were provided, including pyjamas. The shuttle bus to and from Disney Resort was brilliant. We would highly recommend our stay.

Amazing hotel, facilities, location, shuttle. Room was lovely and clean and the Lawsons in the lobby was very convenient and well stocked. Great access to the station and the nearby shopping centre as well with plenty of food options and supermarket. My only complaint was that the check-in line was too long - not letting people check in early seems a bit silly since most hotels globally just don’t let you access your room but will hold your baggage. We had to wait about 30 mins to check in even though we had pre-filled out the information.

The room was comfortable and very clean. Loved that the toilet was separate from the bathtub. The amenities room plus the free lounge were both fantastic but I wish there were more shuttle buses at night as we couldn't get on the last two scheduled buses due to all the people leaving Disney park.

Stayed in the Marin Deluxe Quintuple room. Spacious room. Comfortable beds. Free amenities room where you can get toothbrush, hairbrush, cotton pads, and bath towels. Different type washer where you don’t have to add detergent. Dryer took a long time to dry. Loved the shuttle bus to Disneyland and Disneysea so convenient and on time.

Updated room with lots of space. Breakfast buffet had a large variety to accommodate our allergies, although it was always busy. Complimentary shuttle to Disney, food court w/ free snacks and beverages and baggage storage area were all appreciated. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Also there is a large Lawson attached to the lobby that made things very convenient (ex. ran out of hair spray). I would most definitely stay again at the Oriental Hotel.

Location is super: hotel is linked to train station and 2 shopping mall Disney: hotel provides free shuttle bus to/fro Disney with designated bus stop Bonus: the lounge provides free snacks/ drinks from 1400-2300hrs and even allow you to bring up to room. Kids loved the sweets/ cotton candy/ pancake while adults loved the free flow beer/ wine Amenities: washing machine/ dryer uses QR code for credit card payment, much better than having to hunt for coins. One whole room for you to go in to pick up whatever toothbrush/ towel/ cleanser etc

Property was suitable for Tokyo Disney stay but the property is a little tired. Very slow check in through the priority line, only half the lifts were operating. Average shower and facilities in room. Cleanliness and shuttle were good. Room for improvement for the cost
