"El hotel okura tokyo es uno de los mejores hoteles que he ido en el mundo. Tiene el lujo, el servicio, la calidad, la actitud del personal y la calidad de las habitaciones. Es muy importante comentar que nos hospedamos en el heritage porque tiene dos edificios y heritage es mas nuevo y tiene mejores habitaciones. "Front desk staff was lack luster. We were about an hour early for the 3pm check in and they were text book about the 3pm rule. We mentioned that on occasion, if the room was ready, we were allowed to check in. Another staff chimed in about signing up for a basic member application using a QR code for early check in.
