I asked the night auditor for 4 extra pillows (2 for each of us), and his questioning of the request was totally weird and just not necessary. "This by far, the only affordable-range of hotel that is generous in terms of room space! Room rate includes breakfast too. Room is not tiny! Check-in & out is via a kiosk but super easy. Location has beautiful view of bay. Plenty of train stations to walk to and connect you. Hotel has shuttle service to Tokyo Disneyland! Highly recommended!"

"Compared to Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba, this hotel’s service and quality are not as good. In 2025, I stayed there in Daiba, and Grand Nikko was excellent. This year I wanted to try Hilton Hotels & Resorts, thinking that with such a famous name it would be better—but I was quite disappointed. Aside from the view, there’s nothing here that I really like. "Simply stunning. This was our favourite place to stay during our three weeks in Japan. We stayed in some incredible accommodation but Petals, by far, was the best. We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. The staff are lovely and helpful - shout out to Tomoko and the rest of the team. They organised for me a birthday cake...
