"The front office was not the friendliest when i checked in on 5 April and subsequently the next day when i checked on my room status.
The hotel is going thru some cost savings measure as it is pretty apparent.

"The staff is very nice. The room I got was small, but really convenient, so it was not an issue. The location is really great, not far from a subway station.
The only drawback is, I find it a little pricey. A little bit cheaper, and it would be perfect."

"Very walkable area with the Dao being the best hotel in the Shepherd Bush community. Great shopping with the Westfield Mall being only a 5 minute walk. We were moved to another room because the first room AC went out. Hotel staff promptly moved us to a comfy room with great AC. "
"We loved this hotel. Perfect for me and my daughter. Great location. Will definitely come back. Only downfall was no hand soap or papertowels or handrier in the luggage room and lots of people were using it. That is literally the only thing I would change! "
