"Returned to the same hotel the week after our first trip as its conveniently located near the train station. Breakfast is great with a good spread. The room allocated was at the very end thus dragging all our luggages was tricky. Those driving will need park elsewhere. "

"Property was amazing from check-in to check-out. I stayed there 1 week in the Superior King room, and it was super spacious, nice bathroom with heated floors and towel rack heater. Awesome huge king bed that was very comfortable. Came with complimentary: minibar, sodas, waters, snacks, candies. Staff were extremely kind, including the breakfast staff as well, and the included bkfst was really great as well. I was very impressed with the property itself, very close to Victoria Station, so easy...

"The staff were so friendly, warm and genuine. The location was absolutely perfect, couldn't believe the view of the castle from our room. Comfortable beds & lovely room. The only slight draw back was the noise from the pubs opposite at night, but the castle view more than made up for this."
