"Staying 4 days (3 nights) here with my family for holidays. My room was spacious, clean, and quiet with a superb sea view! The hotel staffs were very helpful. The rate was also very competitive. Direct access to a beautiful and natural white-sand beach with many water activities. A pool with playground. It has provided plentiful free carparks. The dishes (ordered fried chicken chops and fried rice) at the hotel cafe are excellent! Astaka food court is within walking distance."

The front desk staff, however, handled the matter with remarkable professionalism and courtesy, immediately rectifying the error without imposing any additional charge. "Hotel was great and good value for money but building starting to show signs of lack of investment. Breakfast was nice but for such a large hotel would expect more options espically when full on weekend. Nice being outside of city centre but bus out the front gets you into town centre 15 - 20 minutes. Great staff"
