"We arrived after hours, but Marco provided us with excellent instructions with photos on how to enter the building and arrive at our room. One thing to note, there's no elevator (lift) on the property and the rooms are up three flights of stairs. Take your time on the stairs, especially with luggage.
The room was great! Cleaned daily with fresh towels and the staff was polite and professional.
Everything is within walking distance. Incredible sites, restaurants, shopping and the train...

"ヴェッキオ橋やピティ宮殿近くで、眺めの良いホテルでした。チェックインから係の方はすごく親切で、バスタブがホテルのお部屋紹介で出てきていたので、バスタブアリかと思いきや、シャワーのみのお部屋で、変更をお願いしたら快く受け入れていただけました。
両親の部屋はリバービューにしましたが、とても良かったです。
お部屋の清掃も、連泊でしたがしっかりして頂けて、アメニティも十分でした。
川向かいのレストラン、Roof Top Bar、ホテル1Fのビストロと両親が足が悪くホテル内で食事は完結させましたが、十分でした。特にホテルで食べたトリュフのリゾットは絶品で、ワインのチョイスも良かったと思います。
みなさんに親切にしていただき、また再訪したいホテルの一つとなりました。"
