"Saubere, tierfreundliche Unterkunft mit solider Grundausstattung Sauberkeit: Die Unterkunft war bei unserer Ankunft sauber , was uns sofort ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. ​Tierfreundlichkeit: Es ist toll, dass Haustiere hier willkommen sind! Man sollte jedoch wissen, dass man das Zubehör (Näpfe, Decken etc.) komplett selbst mitbringen muss. ​Ausstattung: Es war alles Wichtige vor Ort. "We booked this hotel because it said they have airport shuttle and it is 10 min away from airport since we are leaving early in the morning, however there was no shuttle service, although they will help you to call car service. So I felt this info was incorrect and misleading. We had to take taxi into center of Florence and took taxi back, we would booked other hotel in center of the city. Other than that, People were nice , we have no other issues. "

"Booked for a short one night stay, only a short walk to the tram stop which is then a 5 minute ride to the airport and 15-20 minutes to the city centre. Reception staff were very efficient and helpful upon check in. Room was very clean and comfortable with everything you would need, bed linen was crisp and towels fluffy, complementary bottled water, shampoo, soap and shower gel. "Beautiful condition of hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Location was cool but long walks into Florence center but okay to beat the congestion of the city center trade off. The area directly outside the hotel gate was very sketchy especially if you are traveling solo. Once in the very narrow entrance of the property, you feel safe. "
