"Beautiful room and comfortable bed. Clean. Nice pool area. There are no elevators but the stairs are not long. AC is not very strong but suffices. Area is full of hidden gems from bakeries to late night pizza. Parking can be a challenge but not more than other parts of the city. About a 20 min walk to the center and plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. "

"WOW! Beautiful amazing property with an absolutely stunning view. Our room was beautiful, cozy, clean and comfortable. When I first walked into our room the first thing I said to my husband was “Wow”, this is what I pictured Italy to be like. We were treated like royalty by the staff. Great location within walking distance to everything in Florence. I would highly recommend this property."

"I have been to a lot of hotels but I have never seen customer service as the one provided by Julia! She is the hotel’s greatest asset. Attentive to our needs, proactive, and genuine. The room is modern and I had a good night’s sleep. There is a family owned restaurant/pizzeria nearby, Le Staglione. You should not miss it if you are in for authentic Italian food. I will definitely recommend and I will be back if I am in the Florence area again."
