I would rebook this hotel again with thinking. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location cannot be beat. The only area I could say could be better is AC. It was very hot out and the AC never truly cooled the room the way I would have liked.

Best location, very clean, large accommodations, AC worked very well. It had a small kitchenette. There is plenty of hot water. The manager is very polite, courteous and helpful with arranging for an airport taxi. This will be my accommodation of choice when visiting Florence.

Florence was my favorite city during my trip to Italy, and this hotel made the stay even better. The location is excellent—every major attraction is within walking distance. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. At first, the hotel felt a little more like a guesthouse than a traditional hotel, but it turned out to be an excellent stay. I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

This is a very old hotel and consequently after the rain our room had a very strong odor of sewage which was unpleasant. Also due to rain the front desk was unable to secure a taxi on our departure to train station. We were forced to walk 2 blocks with all of our luggage in the rain to a taxi stand where we waited an additional 20 min. Just including this for travelers seeking this hotel. May be wise to schedule transports in advance. Never knew getting a taxi would be this difficult. Otherwise the location was fairly convenient to most sights

We stayed at this property for 4 nights with our 2 teenage daughters. The 1 1/2 bathrooms was nice and they said the Murphy bed was comfortable. The walk from the train station about 15 minutes. It was a little hard to find when we first got there but a waiter from a nearby restaurant helped us. The location was amazing, right in the middle of everything but quiet at night. Right across the street was a restaurant called Rivoire which was perfect for a quick breakfast bite and cappuccino to get our day started. The AC was nice and cold especially because we visited during a heat wave. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again!

Couldn’t even get in the first day and they wouldn’t compensate us for it. They don’t answer the phone and the desk person is only there at a certain time to even let you in or out. Super inconvenient. Other than that the location is perfect, the room is really nice. So if you can get over the difficulty to get in it’s fine

So convenient, 5 to 10 minutes walking to everything. Staff was extremely helpful. And the restaurant right outside the hotel was great for breakfast and coffee each morning! Definitely stay again!
