"The staff are very nice and attentive. Amazing room created inside a historical building with nice classic vipe. The room is well kept. Very minor issue if your gadgets are different from Italian sockets. Found that even if i use the international converter, the sockets that are the 3 holes standard in Italy will not work. This means the available working sockets is less (only 2 in my room). But that does not change the overall pleasant experience. "

Chuveiro bom! Seca roupa excelente ! Poderia ter um secador de cabelos power pra nós mulheres mas tem até uma chaleira elétrica para um chá quentinho no fim do dia! Ou um café soluvel ! Eu amei !!! "Basic breakfast but good coffee and eggs! Front desk was wonderful, we were there for a wedding and my spouse already left since they were in the wedding - I needed help zipping up my dress and they were so helpful and sweet. Everything they did was top notch. Rooms a little dated but clean and bathrooms were updated. Noise level was fantastic, couldn’t hear anything outside "

"Room was very clean. Staff was easily accessible by WhatsApp. Great communication. Very cool staying in an 8th century palace. Great walking distance to everything. Would not recommend bringing a car in. parking closest garage to hotel was 40 euros per day and not easy to find. "
