"From the moment I arrived the staff was friendly, informative and very helpful. They took the time to explain everything about the hotel and its amenities. The staff was very friendly and help to negotiate reservations and places to go in Florence. We started every day off with a complimentary breakfast. It is a wonderful place to to that is centrally located to everywhere. I recommend this hotel highly."

"Lovely hotel, room was comfortable with all amenities you could need. The spa was very nice and a little getaway inside Florence. We were able to book the Spa and have it for ourselves even in the middle of summer. Breakfast and pool are great. We opted to use the bikes they provide to get to town, the hotel is right on a bike path and it is a straight shot to get to the city center. Great location but still far enough that it is quiet, and we had wonderful little sunset bike rides into town by...

"Tolles sauberes und luxuriöses Hotel in bester ruhiger Lage. Wir haben hier 10 sehr erholsame Tage verbracht. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und frisch zubereitet mit allem, was man benötigt. Einziges Manko war die etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Bäder mit Duscharmaturen bei denen die Temperatur schlecht bis überhaupt nicht eingestellt werden konnten. In den ersten drei Tagen gab es kein heißes Wasser zum Duschen."
