"Plus side: In walking distance of centro storico and beautiful sights. The Café a few meters away is a good spot to start off your day. Downside: During all of our stay we haven't once met anyone at the reception desk. The problem: we still had to finalise check-in details (because the secure log-in didn't cater for a second guest) and the city taxes. A to us unknown woman contacted me via WhatsApp to then send ID details and personal information (a definite no go in times of identity theft!)...
