"We stayed here with a family of four in August. The location of this hotel cannot be beat with everything within walking distance. Even the train station was only 11 minute walk from the hotel and easier to get to then by taxi. Florence is a wonderful city and the Hotel right in the center of it. The only strange part is that you need to take an elevator to access the lobby but once you are there, the staff is exceptional. The hotel room is beautiful and clean and set up perfect for enjoy enjoying the city."
