"What a lovely hotel! The staff was always exceedingly helpful and friendly. It is a very clean, beautiful, and well appointed hotel with a nice bar too. I loved our luxurious bath and wonderful robes. The breakfast had any and everything one could want with a very kind wait staff. The location was perfect! You are just a minutes walk from the train station and close to everything you will want to do in Florence. Wonderful stay- we will be back! "

"The most PERFECT location for a hotel I've witnessed. Beautiful, very large square outside with the magnificent Santa Maria Novella church across the square. Eateries and shops line the courtyard, making it wonderful to peruse at leisure. Walking distance from the train station, but not too close to be noisy or worrisome. From the hotel you can walk to anything in the town, but it's far away enough from the hub of it to avoid the crowds and noise. Very excellent, clean hotel, wonderfully...

"It was outside the busy tourist area of Florence but also an easy walk to the all the main sites tourists would want to visit. It was where we met our tour guides from Trek Travel; they chose a great location. We had an excellent dinner there one night and the breakfast spread was awesome also. The only downside was the whirlpool tub and shower combo were a bit clumsy to maneuver in and out of but other than that it was great!"

"I loved my stay at Rivoli hotel, the staff is so nice and very helpful. The building itself is beautifully decorated, and the courtyard and jacuzzi are great, especially to escape the summer heat in the middle of the day. I would definitely stay again. I stayed in a single room, and it had all the amenities necessary to make my stay very comfortable! Also, the wifi was pretty strong for a hotel. The only downside was that I had a street facing room, and the street was sometimes noisy at night....

". Room was nice and clean. Bed comfortable. Not a lot of storage place for clothing or bathroom items. Small fridge was handy for items bought at near by grocery. Close to train and bus station. "
