"My mom and I stayed here two nights and it was a great experience. There is a lot of people speaking english here that were able to help us get transportation. There is a bus stop right outside the stay. It is 10-15 minutes from the city center and the FLR airport. It was a very modern stay with fun restaurants and shops near by."

"En marchant quelques minutes on arrive à la gare de tram pour aller rapidement dans le centre de Florence.
Cet hôtel est donc plutôt bien situé hors ZTL,
La rue qui passe juste devant est un peu bruyante avec la circulation mais rien de grave.
Buffet de petit déjeuner de qualité…mais il fait très chaud dans la salle.
Chambre très bien même si la salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement."

"Great location; didn’t use the shuttle from the airport because o arrived very late- almost midnight -wonder if a shuttle can be prearranged; I just took a taxi and know of others who walked to the hotel because it was daylight.
The room was a bit small; however I was there just one night and was able to easily walk to the tram station to get to the main train station."

"This should be a 2 star hotel. There is no way this qualifies as a 4 star hotel. There is also no laundry facilities so they lie. Would not recommend. There was also a lot of mosquitoes as well."

"ok to stay but not recommended:
- Bed kept making noise and almost felt apart (fortunately it did not during my stay)
- Half shower door missing and the floor was all wet after shower
- Room was not well clean, shaved hair and glass fragment found in the shower
- The room was in a residential building. The neighborhood is not very suitable for tourist we need to rely on tram to get to the city, but having a large supermarket close by is a plus side"

"The hotel in person was okay compared to the online photographs but that's with any place I guess. The walls are definitely thin, I suggest you bring ear plugs if you stay here. The bedding was clean, however, the room and hotel walls and structure is a bit crusty. There are nasty looking stains on walls that are not cleaned and so many cracks and dirt along the cracks of the room and bathroom.
