"Our room was very clean. We enjoyed the views from the balcony. Plenty of space for multi couple or family travelers. Check in and check out were very easy; staff was amazing to us! The restaurant and bar had delicious food and drinks. Vibe was definitely relaxed and enjoyable. Would return to this beautiful hotel. Pool area looked nice though we did not get a chance to use it. Massage services were very nice."

"NOVOTEL Kata is a lovely place. Pools, restaurant, kids clubs, etc.
BUT, dont expect a five star vibe, it s slightly run down, lobby full of mozzies the staff tries it best but doesnt cut it. NOT once my request has been processed without chasing (porter, order, more water in room, turndown service...)
. It s a good place if you are travelling with kids (avoid it if you dont have kids!)"
