"The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The pools had crystal clear blue water. The staff is very friendly and very quick to help whenever needed. The rooms were cleaned daily and smelled amazing. Very quiet at night for sleeping. Definitely would book this place again. "

"Amazing hotel! Best weve ever stayed at! We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Restaurant staff could improve their customer service and speed a little especially when they are charging a non negotiable service fee. Other than that, no issues with anyone else. The bellboys deserve so much credit. One thing to mention, we had to use 3 lifts to get to our top floor jucuzzi suite which was fine for us as were kinda young but may be uneasy for older people. Been to few different 5 star hotels...
