Hotel Pantai di Bandar Lama Phuket

"This is not your regular hotel or guesthouse stay, this feels like family. Very warm welcome and stay from Aoom and Aom, the twin sisters owners. Will definitely return if in Phuket."

"Beautiful hotel located at a convenient spot in Old Town. Room was surprisingly very spacious. Staff at Hawa House made sure we have freshly stocked drinking water and new towels every day. Would definitely stay at Hawa House again next time I go to Phuket and would definitely recommend it to anyone!"

"Everything is good the only thing is no place to hang the towels and only 2 hangers in the room. No slippers, no bathrobe and no toothbrush. "

"My first stay in Phuket and it was absolutely amazing. Host was so sweet and provided toiletries and water/snacks daily. The view was beautiful and the are was extremely cleanly. I will be back to visit this location again."

"High rating for a reason. Something about the building and the staff is very soothing and welcoming. "

"Room not allowed open window. Thanks God, Air condition is working properly with is hot weather. Market, message, restaurant are planty of choices and close by. Staff helps us to save money by recommending to use Bolt instead of Grab. "

"While the property looks great in the photos and description, what we arrived to and what all guests will find is far from what’s been advertised and what is paid for. The lobby is dirty, unkept, the floor is duct taped all over, and unwelcoming. The main doors don’t open properly, access to get up is hazardous and the hotel room itself was dirty - the fan vent was covered in dust, the bathroom was mouldy - the showerhead looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The customer service was...

"Overall great stay"
