"AC was excellent, staff were very helpful. Room was small but adequate, only issue was bed is long, several times my wife and I hit the low wooden end on our shin or foot. The Hotel is very authenticate 1920's beautifully furnished in the old style. Free snacks during the day were very welcome as was the rose water. Hotel is located in a safe walkable area, if a vist to old phuket is your plan you could not douch better than the On On Hotel "

"I had to pay an additional fee separately so that the child could have half board, even though at the time of booking I was given a price for half board for two adults and one child. Another couple who came with us was not required to pay this fee and benefited from exactly the same conditions. In the room, we did not find a towel for the child, nor toothpaste or other similar items, although the other couple received extra towels and a small bag with toiletries for their child. The beach disappointed me, as there were many rocks in the water and the tide was quite strong. If you like pools and don’t mind traveling 10 hours to Thailand just to stay by the pool, then it’s for you. The food was good and the place was clean. However, I believe it was not worth the price for what it offered."

"We booked this hotel very last minute as we had a terrible experience with a different hotel we initially booked. I initially booked a standard double, and then upgraded to a junior suite the second night. The first room was nothing special and the bed was very uncomfortable, but the suite was really good and confirtable. The hotel has two quite nice restaurants and the pool is also really nice "
