"The room was great the amenities were great. The tvs would be great to have apps such as Netflix Amazon Disney for those rainy days. The pool is huge and clean. My fiancée did have a unusual experience at breakfast she took a seat and went to the buffet and when she came back her personal items were put on another table I think they staff need to guide them to tables at the entrance"

"Loved the stay here location was beautiful booked sea view. Welcome juice and snack with towel were just what was needed after our journey! The view was gorgeous, room was big a/c great, shower and soaps great. Stocked mini fridge for purchase. Outside balcony chairs sturdy, comfy and private. Pool and pool bar fantastic. "The resort is stunningly beautiful. Their culture is in displayed beautifully and maintained daily. "I stayed at Amata Hotel for one night, but unfortunately I did not enjoy my experience. When I arrived, I was given a notice saying that if I brought a guest to the room or had someone stay overnight, I would be charged a $500 fine. I understand hotels have rules, but the way this was communicated made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The customer service was disappointing, and I did not feel treated like a valued guest. I would not return to this hotel and I hope they improve their guest...
