"Room was clean and convenient. There was no parking available. We arrived 5 minutes before check in time and we were told there was no parking available so when they say parking is limited believe them. I thought arriving before check in would be enough to get parking but this wasn't the case. I just found that compared to other places we've stayed in Sydney which were comparably priced or cheaper, the amenities were very limited."

"It was good but would have expected better. Firstly there was a problem seemingly caused by Expedia - we had booked for 2 adults and 1 child in a single room. But the Expedia confirmation only said 2 adults. Confusing and ended up resolving it at the hotel without too much hassle. Good service tbh. Acoustic separation between rooms was a problem. All nights we were there we were disturbed by our neighbour the other side of the locked interconnect door. 2 different neighbours (one very shouty person, one crying baby) Breakfast was very comprehensive in terms of plenty of options but all bad. Toast was good. Fruit was tasteless. Coffee mediocre. Omelette cooked to order was undercooked and inedible. Cooked breakfast was OK but much like you might expect at a more budget hotel - stuff sitting in metal containers for ages. Bed was really comfortable, the shower was excellent and the room clean which honestly are the main requirements of a hotel. So on the absolute basics it did really well."

"This hotel is absolutely beautiful! I arrived relatively early, and my room was already prepared and clean, saving me from having to walk around until 2pm. The room was gorgeous and comfortable with charming decor and the most beautiful tiles in the bathroom. There is no air con, which can make the room a little humid, but the ceiling fan is pretty efficient. The service of the staff was stunning. This was my first time staying in a hotel on my own as an adult, and I think it was amazing!! The only negative thing is there can be a couple rowdy people out around at night, which is no fault of the hotel, and I still slept fine. As a young adult / couple who only stayed for 2 nights, this hotel was delightful! It's also in the most convenient area for shopping and meals. Thank you for the amazing experience!"
