"We left this property an hour after checking in. The room was like a prison cell. No windows, no closet, no tv, full size bed. It was clean but it definitely was not what we will consider a hotel room for an extended vacation. We called to see if we could get a bigger room even if we had to pay for it and we were told that the hotel followed a minimalist Japanese aesthetic and all the rooms were the same. After much prodding they offered to change us to a “family” cocoon por an extra 600 pounds....

"The location was perfect. 10 min walking from Victoria station. I need to highlight front desk staff named Neck. He definitely made our stay more enjoyable. Very friendly and helpful. "

"Clean room however had a bad odour we had to purchase room spray because it smelt strange. They didn’t make our bed or give us fresh towels. Noise from air con and tubes can be a bit disturbing at night. Overall great location greatness to tubes tube stations and plenty of breakfast and restaurants near by. However wouldn’t rush back. Parking very awkward and staff not helpful with location of best parking either. "

"Given that this is in Canary Wharf the Uber boat stop is about 20min away and the next metro about 15min. There was no grocery store around the corner and the non-smoking signs were a bit excessive. The complimentary coffee machine was usually out of service in the morning when you actually wanted the coffee. We arrived during the London marathon so we had to walk a bit till we reached the reception. It was noted in the elevator that the hotel could not be reached by car that day - as arriving...

"The on-line "no touch" check in, was a bit more awkward than the personal contact it seems to want to avoid. I don't mind being in touch with actual people - it's part of the pleasure of travel. The location was very convenient to the Queensway tube. The room itself was very clean and comfortable."
