"The hotel is beautiful and an amazing location. The breakfast was incredible! We had a really quiet room. The only issue is that our room was supposed to be with two beds. We arrived and there was a playpen in our room (weird) and it was a queen. We asked for two beds but they said they upgraded us to a room with a window so it was just one bed. They did eventually move the playpen. I wish we could have had no window and two beds. I’m not sure where the communication breakdown was but other...

"I decided to save a little money on my trip to London and book at a pod hotel. It was my first time staying in a pod. The building is conveniently located in Soho and just a 5 minute walk to the Tube & the Elizabeth line to Heathrow and a Tesco market right across the street. The area is super busy and lots to see. "This is a grand old railroad hotel. It is right at Victoria Station so you cannot beat the location. Upkeep seemed good. The furniture in the room was a bit odd, black stained inexpensive pieces. There was no artwork in the room which was unusual. The staff went out of their way to help with things like catching a cab or setting up wifi."

"the hotel doesn't have stair case, but the front desk staff, she is kind enough to help with our luggage to the 6th floor although the room is small, but it is so comfy with basic amneties. the shower room/toilet is super clean, and the water pressure is good it worth its price"

"The Mitre House was a great stay after a long trip, the rooms were nice and cozy and the beds more than comfortable. I wanted to try good local pubs, and find useful amenities around Paddington and they gave me terrific and helpful tips!
