"The stay was exceptional. The included breakfast was superior. The entire property was spotless. Clean design included everything needed. Comfortable beds. Great location. Definitely would recommend this to everyone."

"Great location! The hotel room was efficient and spotlessly clean. However, the espresso/coffee maker had no instructions, operated poorly and overflowed a small demitasse cup due to a large cup not fitting under the spout. One of three elevators stopped working the second day into our 4 day stay which created long queue lines during breakfast and checkout time. There was a good assortment of continental breakfast items but the hot items were lukewarm and the multi-function espresso/coffee...

"Clean and efficient"

"The hotel was located right adjacent to the embankment tube station. Very easy access. Also, it was in an area that is not too populated. Hotel was very nice as well. The room was air conditioned and really cold so no complains there. Staff was very helpful as well. Had a great stay here and would recommend this hotel to anyone. We did not receive the 20% beverage perk so not sure why."

"the hotel doesn't have stair case, but the front desk staff, she is kind enough to help with our luggage to the 6th floor although the room is small, but it is so comfy with basic amneties. the shower room/toilet is super clean, and the water pressure is good it worth its price"

"Good sized family room and excellent bathroom. Perfect spot to visit many London attractions on foot, handy for train station. Extremely helpful friendly staff. Minor point, although there was a good selection of plug points in the room, they were all located in one area of the room, where there was no fixed mirror. On the whole, would thoroughly recommend and would definitely go back."

"Great location to Paddington station. The whole area was nice. If you travel when it's warm there is no ac. Be aware of that. They supply a fan and you can open windows but if you are sensitive to high temps be mindful."
