"The doorman (Milion) was excellent. He gave us a tour of the private upstairs, including Winston Churchill's private office/bar. The front desk was on again off again friendly. Mostly off. For the price I would recommend you find somewhere else. "

"Staff very helpful and returned our car keys. A big thank you to the female receptionist! The hotel itself is bland and is a bog stand business model. The outside of the hotel looks great but that architectural flair isn’t carried into the interior which is dated, drab and beginning to look worn. The hotel bathroom, even in the deluxe room doesn’t have a stand alone shower and is cramped.
