"Rooms are tiny but well designed. A little hard if you have a lot of luggage. Only opened 2 months when we were there and the digital check in was a bit rocky. Otherwise, great location and very clean and modern. "

"Excellent location if arriving by train at Kings Cross but also very quiet inside the hotel. The rooms and furnishings are beautiful and the breakfast room is a delight as was the food itself. The hotel does have an unusual layout though, some of the side lounges look lovely but aren’t very accessible, I’d have liked to see drinks served in those areas from the posh cocktail bar but it didn’t seem to be open: maybe you can but nobody told us? The hotel has gone down hill. We stayed here as a couple in 2016 and it was amazing. We took our child this time and it's deteriorated quite a lot."
