"This hotel was terrible. No mini fridge. The room didn’t get cleaned properly- crumbs and stuff under the rollable bed. I had left a glass in the shower - it stayed there for the entire duration of our stay. The bathroom has mold. Had to ask for a fan more than once despite the heatwave. The room came with an empty bottle of shampoo that was lot replaced until we finally said something. Worst hotel."

"The Rubens is a very nice upscale hotel with a great location in the heart of Westminster and literally across the street from Buckingham Palace. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable although very small. The food, unfortunately, is very mediocre although priced as if it was excellent. The continental breakfast buffet is the worst I've seen in a hotel of this category. The croissants were fresh and good but there were hardly any choices and...

"My room was probably the cleanest of any holiday accommodations that I have stayed at. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Everything worked, and was well maintained, especially the aircon. My room on the top floor was quiet. No lift, but the stairs were fine. Lots of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. I would definitely stay here again. My only suggestions would be a small fridge, and a separate bin for items for recycling."

"The location of the hotel is excellent. The room smelled bad ( like fish) When we checked in our room. So we had to checked in another room on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, the second room we changed to got problem with the sink. It was clogged up and the water wouldn’t go down. Here we go again, we had to change to another room on 10th floor. "
