"We loved staying at Cleveland Residences. We were treated very well by the hosts, and the location is excellent. When we arrived we were jet lagged, and they looked after our luggage for us until our room was ready. When we arrived back later they had already put our luggage in our room for us. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there the next time we are in London."

"Everything about this place is amazing. Location couldn’t be better with a bus stop right in front. The room was cozy with lots of personal touches, tea, sugar, milk, and coffee. Morning breakfast was fresh, healthy, and amazingly good. One of the highlights of London."

"The management wasn't very polite and the check in process was very inconvenient. We had an activity that required help with our luggage before the check-in time, and there was no one at the front desk at arrival. I tried to call management to coordinate but no one picked up. The note at the front desk was vague and did not specify when the receptionist would be back. A really scary experience was seeing our door cracked open when we came back after being gone all day because the room service...

"Awesome location in Covent Garden. Reception staff were friendly and accommodating. Was able to leave luggage before check in time. Nice, clean and quiet in the room. Bed was comfortable. Rooms are centrally heated throughout the building and tend to be on the warmer side this time of year. But staff helped with fans and cracking open the windows. "
