"This property was amazing, starting from the grounds to the rooms to the facilities. I have no complaints about any of that. However, what I would complain about is the accessibility to things. I was put on a third floor, where the stairs were very steep made of cement and a couple of times I almost tumbled. "The floor was very sticky and dirty. There wasn't any coffee maker, toaster and utensils in the kitchenette. Everything else was pretty good. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"The staff was lovely at check-in, but that's about all I can say about our experience at Grandview. The facilities were adequate, the room and hallway to the room weren't clean to our liking, the room was right near the elevator so it could be heard all through the night going up and down, and the room didn't have bedding on the couch and it took forever for housecleaning to get them to us."
