"The hotel was recently renovated in the last 10 years and its still shows. I had a single room. Bed, linens and accomodations were comfortable, clean and convienant. The best was the beautiful bathrooms and rain shower. Good pressure and hot water on demand made the trip even better. "

"Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, close to shops/cafes/restaurants and tube station. Very close walk to tourist attractions like national history museum. Lift was handy for our pram. Only slight downside is the parking with a young family and carrying luggage to and from. But that's to be expected central London and not the hotels fault. Overall great comfortable stay. Thank you. "The check-in staff was friendly, courteous and accommodating. The room was spotless and bath amenities were generous; bathroom is a bit small, however, the heated floors compensated for the limited space. The hotel is centrally located and is near the Earl's Court Tube (train station) There are several small shops, cafe's, bars and restaurants in the area, as well as currency exchange. Be sure to check the exchange rate online because not everyone offered the same rate. The offerings were as low as £54 and as high as £74 for $100 U.S. Overall, the hotel and area are great!"
