"Apartment was fine but needed a deep clean many corners in bathroom and toilet had dust and cobwebs. Location is great and most of the staff were good with others not so helpful. Also pool area is great at sunset with beautiful views"

"Convenient 30 min from airport; 60 min from Cebu. Good for 1-2 night stay. Clean, spacious, WiFi, mini fridge, kitchenette. Great grab/uber eats available. Drawbacks no hot water in shower, neglected pool maintenance, no beach access. But great for 1-2 night of transiting. Local manager helpful "

"This place had 100+ problems. Overall a wore out broke down condo. It was stinky (bathroom ventilation problems) and thick grey mold growing. Bunch of junk in the wore out old kitchen. Checkin was uncertain till the last minute. I’ll never stay there again. "

"Bathroom dirty, owner unable to reach, no WiFi/TV, no shower curtain, and the one positive a nice view, is obscured by dirty windows and bird poop on the balcony. "

"Units Wifi did not work even when property manager came to help connect. When you walk in the room, mold smell hits your nose immediately and there was mold all around the bathtub. Blanket smelled like it hadn't been washed from the previous renter, pillow had spots of blood on it. Private beach is a 8-10 minute walk, this building is not beachfront. I would not recommend staying at this location"

"Clean small room...although it can sleep 4 the futon takes up the small living room...Best to keep to 2 adults...Netflix was free and available...the room was clean...although the property is still under construction the café is open and serves great food...a shopping area is just up the road about 1km...can walk or take a trike...a cute getaway with a secure neighborhood."

"Definitely not worth the price. The café has good food, but horrible service the attitude of the workers as well as the manager is very poor. Had issues two separate reservations and there was no resolution or care or concern."
