"We did not use the pool. Staff were great but the propert was poorly maintained..My husband and i had to check out 4 days early. The bed was very uncomfortable."

"Staff is great and friendly. The bed in the room was terribl. Mattress is like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. Impossible to sleep on your side. Other things I didn't like...only 2 bath towels. In the heat I took two showers a day and had to reuse towel for second one. Should have 4 towels per room. Also..I saw cockroach twice during my stay in my room and a Lil gecko thing on the wall. Should have better seals on doors to stop that or traps. Lastly there was a sewer type smell coming out of...

"The rooms are adequate, nothing special. Found bedbugs in two of the rooms. Don't book one near the street, the windows are not sound proof. Very loud traffic and music from clubs across the street. Rooms could all use a deep clean. Staff was amazing and the best part of the stay there."

"My wife and children stayed there, were very pleased with the stay. Basic breakfast buffet but served the purpose for a hungry family. Boys said it was good."

The room was nice overall, but there was an unpleasant odor in the room, and the toilet bowl in the bathroom had not been properly cleaned upon arrival. The pool was not available to use and was not able to enjoy it, and that was a little disappointing."

"This location in cebu doesn't refund as for other locations do most of the time I purchased another stay night before checkout and in early morning didnt need it. Usually they are understanding. Cebu location is strict and does not care. Be careful when booking. They is no refund or care given once they got your money."
