Rooms were clean & comfortable. Requested to be located at the REAR of the property as the first evening was facing the main street & the noise from the traffic kept us awake until 2:00 AM!!
The internet SUCKED!!! You would get connection for 5 SECONDS and then nothing for 10 seconds - VERY frustrating.
The MAIN reason that i did NOT give a five-star rating was that we planned a trip to the beach. we placed ONE bath towel in our backpack. In reception, I informed the desk staff that i was taking the towel & could they put a fresh towel back in my room, since the one that were going to take would be used & have sand / salt on it. We were told that it would cost us PHP 100.00! I was happy to pay the PHP 100.00 if it was a refundable deposit. I was told that it was NOT a deposit. I was told that it was a charge!! I asked that since i was paying PHP 100.00 for the towel, that would I be able to keep the towel. The answer was NO!
In total frustration I returned the towel from my backpack & headed out for the day!!
