"The staff were polite. This is a hotel for only one night if nothing is available. I am a Canadian with a Filipina girlfriend which they do not tailor to. We only get shuttle to a Korean mall which is 5 minutes away. If you are a Korean you will get special treatment. Hotel is deserted. This hotel is so far from everything I would give this a minus 5 stars. No support finding tours. You need to be very persistent than help you. They o er charge for the tour. "This hotel is completely misleading. The photos online are pure catfishing. The moment we pulled up, my group knew we weren’t staying. The area felt unsafe, and the rooms they showed us were filthy, smelled awful, and clearly not maintained. A literal cat walked out of one of the rooms while we were touring. We were there for maybe five minutes before deciding to leave and book somewhere else. If I could give this place negative five stars, I would."

"I stayed 3 nights. I did notice the smell mentioned in the reviews before I booked. Only one person mentioned it. I Booked it anyhow. I figured when I got there that it’s probably the vent (I stayed on the 7th floor) cause it only smelled when the vent in the bathroom was on. I did report it to front desk at checkout and I was assured it will be looked into. Otherwise, Friendly and helpful staff. Facility is nice. The breakfast/branch was great. Felt very safe. I liked the roof top restaurant...

"Overall not bad. But quite loud, bring earplugs as you can hear everything outside. Quite a few ants also in the kitchen/bathroom.. to be expected to an extent but haven’t noticed this in other accommodations so far. Fine for a short stay if flying in/out"

"I would not recommend this place. I showed up there, there was no wifi so i did not receive the communications regarding checking into the room. I ended up getting other accomodations. Also, no desk person. Stay sonewhere else. No working wifi. Pool looked nice and plenty of security and friendly people."
