"Highly recommend this hotel. It’s in a safe location. You do have to get a Grab to the downtown area. Staff are friendly. It’s got a nice all day dining area with swimming pool outside. It was perfect for what I needed."

"Everything about this hotel was great. The only thing I noticed is about the breakfast. Breakfast is served between 6am-10am. The first day we were there we got to breakfast around 9am I think, the food was already cold. The next day we came to breakfast around 7am and the food was perfect, warm and delicious. Other than that minor detail, Seda Central Bloc is aces in my book. I would stay here again and again."

"Hotel is excellent and I loved my stay. Really nice rooms and lobby area, extremely kind and helpful staff available at all times and it’s in a perfect location in Cebu. The surrounding area is perfect to get Grab, get a variety of food options and do sightseeing around Cebu. Also, it’s only a 15 minute car ride from the Cebu Port Authority, which you can use to get to Bohol and other islands. The thing I love the most about the location is the proximity to the Ayala Centre, which is perfect...

"Rooms were clean and tidy. Very comfortable. Many armed security guards on site. Very secure. Robinson grocery and 7/11 on site. Many restaurants on ground level. Walking distance to many bars and nightclubs. Would most definitely stay here again. "
