"The fish soup was delicious. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. The musty smell of the carpet, from the lobby to the hallways to the room, is so bad that I had to sleep with a mask on. My sinuses got inflamed. I am looking forward to the Waterfront getting rid of those carpets, which have become home to the mold and mildew causing the mustiness."

"Water pressure!!! OMG, this place has NO water pressure. The staff said it was because too many people were trying to use the water at the same time. I tried to shower several different times during the day and the pressure was always the same. In room safe did not work and needed replaced. Mini fridge didn’t work and they wouldn’t replace or repair it. Internet didn’t work and they took two days to repair. Television didn’t work and it took 2 days of me complaining before they fixed it. This...

"The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—from the front desk team to the lifeguards. Everyone made us feel welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was great, with a good variety of options, although I would have appreciated a fish dish as an additional choice. My only minor complaint is the toilet seat in our room.
