"There were really not many amenities that you can use. There was no fridge or microwave in the room. The mineral water dispenser was not working. It was convenient location wise. We could just walk to Ayala Mall. There was a 7eleven by the hotel entrance which was very convenient. The staff was accommodating when it comes to our needs like laundry."

The pool and bar area at the top is an oasis in the city, with reasonably priced drinks. Though the gym is small, the facilities are modern and the rooms are clean. Daily breakfast at Abacá is decent and consistent in quality. Hospitality and service is high quality."

"Great value for the price. Great location since it is walking distance to Ayala area. The rooms that we stayed looks older and smelled a bit musty, but it was clean, bed and sheets were comfy. The plastic drinking glasses they had in their bathroom looks old and well worn, and needs to be replaced by glass, since it was dirty to look at. But overall, very good hotel."
