The internet quality was subpar for a hotel designed for business travelers. Kept on disconnecting and made it hard to communicate with other party members staying in the hotel.
Our whole experience was fantastic, from the helpful staff to the exquisite dining options. An exceptional facility.
Awesome staff. Clean facility. I love how they have vehicles for city tour and other services. Very convincing. Infinity pool was the best. Kid friendly.
Very good location, the real good alternative if you stay in Cebu city for business
The property is very clean, reasonably priced and the bed is comfortable. So my family had a great sleep for the night.
We like most the excellent customer service and when they upgraded our room to a presidential suite for free! The place is spacious and very comfortable 👍 We would like to recommend this hotel to everyone 😊
Hotel is accessible to food and shops. Pleasant staff.
All the employees of JPark were very kind, helpfull and effective. If I can mention only one name, then I would like to thank first of all Princess from the front desk office.
We loved everything about our stay here! Excellent service, great room, fun atmosphere, beautiful view, terrific food in all restaurants, and all reasonably priced. We will be back.
