"Not satisfied because there were lacking of blankets, towels, pillows that supposedly good for 8 persons. No rugs for the washroom floor, no shower curtains if we’re using the shower so it was so wet after. No water dispenser. Some of the outlets were not working. Blankets were smelly. "

"Excellent stay. Food was great. Big thank you to Mary Ann in Brisa Restaurant for all your service. I would return again. Absolutely beautiful property. The children’s free play area really came in handy at check out. Watch out for the taxi fee to leave the property. Automatically starts at 100 pesos + 50 peso fee. Paying for the free breakfast is a great deal. "

"My stay at Mactan Grand Golden Hotel was amazing. Friendly Staff. Great facilities and cute unique restaurant upstairs. I love the whole set up. I wish the Hotel located near malls in walking distance or any convenient store nearby, would been much better. It was rained when we stayed there so the street was flooded. Other than that it was amazing and the staff are so quick to get there when you need something. Highly recommended. "

"A beautiful stay. We had flights canceled and had to find accommodation, we were so happy to have stayed here the staff made everything so easy and relaxing for us. Melch, Hennessy, and Bj in particular, nothing was a problem. The managers were checking in throughout our stay to make sure all was ok. The facilities are great, it’s clean and the food is very good definitely do the breakfast here. "
