Not worth paying over SGD$400 for a night stay. The property is old and room has a smell that could never go away. It’s always having condensation and floor is always wet in the room. Fridge is not stable could fall anytime. All silverware (e.g sink taps are tarnished). Food in the restaurants are pretty bad and quite expensive. You’d no choice because everywhere else is so far away and not easy to get a taxi. Pool is the only thing that is super nice. Spa was ok, but they ended even before 60min and claimed that it’s completed.

We stayed for 3 nights at the hotel with the family and it was a great experience. The rooms were nice and clean, the food was excellent and the hotel staff was super nice, courteous and professional. The pool and the beach are great. All in all a very enjoyable stay and we will come again.

Having booked a club room we were informed that as it was a discounted rate through Expedia we were not entitled to use the club lounge ….. we were however upgraded to a sea view room even though their website states that all club rooms are sea view??? A club room should also be on a higher floor - we were on the (UK) 1st floor. Had to request the coffee machine which should have already been in the club room. A club room here is simply a bigger room, more floor space, no extra furniture (1 chair & 1 small table). As mentioned by a previous reviewer, building 3 is musty and permanently damp such that after 4 nights all our clothes were damp. This is a result of the buildings being closed down during the pandemic and then a typhoon hitting and knocking out the power for a further 2 months. The staff are as helpful as possible but it is tough for them to provide a good level of service when things are continually running out. Highly recommend the Thai restaurant. My advice is to book a regular room with a sea view and breakfast (very good) included. See Google maps (satellite) as to why you don’t want to face inland. When is a club room not a club room? At the Dusit Thani apparently!

Far away from many things. Over book by one day since my time is 12 hours behind the Philippines, I book one day extra by mistake . Wouldn’t refund me for the extra day. Really ? the service staff goes above and beyond to accommodate and are super friendly. The management in my case was horrible and not helpful in my situation. Taking into consideration our room was facing the back of the hotel that looked like a run down community and the fact that our tv and internet didn’t work for over 15 days , I think a refund for the day I over booked would have been more than fair. We found better hotels and resorts cheaper with better accommodations. We stayed there more than here at dusit. With horrible weather, stuck in our room with no tv and spotty internet for 20 days and a mistake booking one too many days and a flat out “no “ for the one day we booked extra,I cannot recommend. 20 days stuck in a room with no working tv and internet. We spent more money getting cabs to other resorts and malls to entertain ourself since we didn’t have working tv or internet and horrible weather the majority of the time.

I love the outside scenery, the infinity swimming pool and the spots you can hang out with the sea view. The downside is in the room we stayed, the floor in the washroom area is very slippery once it gets wet, one should be extra careful not to fall/ slipped.

Excellent! But the con is no in-house ‘convenient’ store. Staffs were nice, bathroom and bed linens were clean, most important for me, Overall , it was a great stay.
