There are so many things wrong with this hotel, it was mostly funny, except for the food poisoning and subsequent 72hrs of squirts and vomitting. Let's start at the beginning...
First, they never replied to my message, via expedia, requesting a rollaway bed. Radio silence.
On check-in, they'd assigned the wrong configuration... a twin, not the king booked but resolved that as you expect they might. Then of the keycards given, 1 of 4 worked. Only discovered after we ventured downstairs 30mins after check-in to eat at their restaurant as we'd not eaten since breakfast (this decision proved to be a grave mistake), I'd pizza, a mocktail, and they provided the table with a crafe of suspicious water. When we returned to be locked out, I went back down to reception with the non working keycards, but in their wisdom, they'd greenlit some cultural drum performance right next to reception, so it was sign language and screaming at one foot apart. Returned to room bemused (food poisioning hadn't kicked in yet). The room was a suite, not cheap either. It looked clean, but they really need to stay in their hotel once every now again to see the problems. First the tv's cant be turned off via the remote, and can only be turned off by long pressing the power button hidden underneath the tv. Otherwise it displays a screensaver, all night. There was also two sky legacy remotes still in the room that were completely redundant. Nowhere next to bed to plug in a charger. I ran out of characters.
