"Very close to Stratford Int’l, Westfield and walking distance to ABBA voyage venue and Westham football stadium. Tube and buses go everywhere. Initially we had issues to do the self check-in, but staff there were very friendly and helpful. We booked a room with a walk in shower without paying attention to details. It was a very large room and was good to know that something like that exists for people in wheelchairs."

The entrance was located down a poorly lit side street (photo of side entrance area attached) and the room was above a seemingly mothballed Thai restaurant with graffiti all over it. Digital door locks were unreliable and required multiple attempts to get to even turn on to enter the codes (3 separate codes needed to eventually get into your room!)
