Hotel Dekat Kings Hall Leisure Centre

"I can really say everything exceeded my expectations. Going somewhere new you always hope for the best. The staff was nice and helpful with any questions or concerns regarding the room or just seeing the sites. I definitely would stay there again with no problems. Thanks for all your hospitality😁"

"Greath staff"

"Pro: we got a bigger room which is meant for handicapped guests; kitchen is complete however no seasoning provided ; water is refillable near lobby lift ; location is fantastic near to Westfield mall and Stratford station with 5 tube lines Con: only provide 2 coffee capsules for 4 nights stay, need to buy our own ; reception service is under expectation except Benito’s service is 👍"

"Great spot. Clean room. Sinks were all stuck. No toothpaste or extra soap in rooms at all."

"It was convenient for where we needed to be. Staff were very nice. Room was ok, just an older building."

"A room door that sticks to shut and squeaks very loudly to open. Walls that are dirty. Housekeeping didn’t bother to make the bed, let alone change the sheets. Water pools in one end of the shower. Ceiling fan in bathroom didn’t work. Shelf unit in shower missing its bottom part (no longer a shelf, just a bracket). Shower head won’t stay in position. Food no longer being served on premises. The tv was slow to load shows (so slow I gave up waiting). Laundry bags sat in stairway landing for two...

"Excellent hotel if you like cheap and cosy, breakfast was also ok. But rooms were very little, we chose them for the price and being in a fun area for a night out. Staff extremely nice and polite."

"It was a very pleasant stay the location of the hotel is great the hotel itself it great the front desk staff was really kind and I truly appreciate it that thank you I like that is 24h front desk too. I will definitely stay here again."

"Quando prenotate il bagno privato tenete in considerazione che voi potreste essere al terzo piano e il bagno al primo con la necessità di fare due rampe di scale per utilizzarlo. Bagno segnalato come privato e il cartello per segnalarlo è comparso soltanto il giorno che siamo partiti. Bagno privato senza nessuna chiave e rispondono che non sono responsabili se qualcun altro lo utilizza senza permesso."

"The suite was perfect for short stay and had everything we needed, was also really close to the underground and victoria park. Whenever we had any questions Mariah would answer almost right away."

"I cannot stress how awful this place is! Please avoid it at all costs! I won’t be staying there if they pay me to stay there! 0 health and safety! Extremely filthy and really find it difficult to find words to describe it! Please avoid this place!"

"The room was small but adequate but the amenities were exceptional. More than enough food and drink available and all good quality. Do not be put off by external appearances."

"The room I had was massive considering the hotel is aimed at the budget end of the market. Very good transport links to & from the hotel. Including a tube station about 15 minutes walk. Very good location. There is even a medium sized supermarket about 15 minutes walk away."
