"I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was disappointing.
One of the reasons I booked this property instead of an Airbnb was the expectation of basic hotel amenities and comfort. Unfortunately, the hotel advertised having a bar and restaurant, but neither was actually available during my stay. This felt misleading from the start.

"The apartment was very clean and spacious and had a lovely smell when we arrived. Just what we needed for an efficient stay. Lovely bathroom. The only thing that I would say for next time is tea and coffee are included, would have been nice to have a couple of the little Uht milk cartons to have with it. Otherwise would recommend."

"The room and bathroom was super clean. I appreciated there was soap and shower gel dispenser and towels as I forgot to pack my shower gel. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Thanks also for providing microwave, fridge and kettle and makings for tea/coffee.
The location was great with lots of food places, shops and entertainment places nearby. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to this part of London."

"I believe that this so called ‘hotel’ is miss old
Having arrived at the destination, there were no signs indicating that this was a hotel or even rooms to stay in. I called the guy as I could not find how to get in despite the ‘guidance’
I waited for assistance and no one showed up
We didn’t stay there and decided to drive back home to manchester after the concert instead of staying at Bruce rooms
I definitely will not be booking anything through hotel.com or expedia as I had my hotel cancelled...

"Hotel was maybe 5/10 enough but the staff are incompetent to the point of fraudulence.
I extended my stay online and then staff told me they put the wrong price online so I had to pay the extra £350. I was tired because they had just woken me up to tell me this and I didn’t want to argue so I just did it. I should have just left then and there.
The guy at the counter kept asking me to pay for the extended stay, and then when I tried to pay for it, he told me he had to text the manager and kept...

"So the three stars are solely for the staff and good AC which is hard to come by, but in terms of the property - the high reviews are very misleading. My first room that I was given had no windows, a clogged sink, a broken shower head and the best part…an enormous image of a creepy doll as artwork over the closet staring at the bed. "This is a fantastic location. It’s easy to walk to Piccadilly and the West End. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The underground is across the street, there’s a bus stop a block away.
