Hotel is in tip top condition and the breakfast which is included for everyone, is excellent. Go early for breakfast. They've adjusted the menu options so now it's all free. Eggs have a separate menu. Pool side etc is lovely to hang out. Bars close at 11, be aware, tho room service available to 130am. I had several issues with the staff, especially the front desk staff who answer the phone if you have a query from your room, and the hotel listened to my complaints and did a service recovery by comping a late checkout and a ride to the airport, but I have to say the front desk staff instinct is to say "no" to the smallest request that might slightly inconvenience anyone, and they really need to pause for a moment and think "how can I make this a yes". Frankly front desk staff shouldn't be used for customer relations as they are often busy dealing with face to face customers so their attention is distracted. Anyway I had three instances where they argued back hard with a "no" on absurdly easy to say "yes" items (subjects were: hand soap; a post 11pm drink; and pillow choice) and a number of additional instances where they were a bit difficult. Room was lovely, all in good condition, other staff were on the face of it friendly (tho I didn't ask them anything they might say no to) and management response was professional when I complained so still worth four out of five
