Location is great as it is literally next door to one of the largest mails in KL. Facilities though were minimal. When I got into the tiny room there were no towels. Housekeeping just said they would send some - no apologies nothing. And i was just handed bath towels no hand towels. TV only had a few channels no real international news etc.

The room had a stench when I entered, it smelled like the room had poor aircon ventilation system. i had to switch on the fan to get the room circulated. The bedsheets were not cleaned well, it had stains all over it. Making it very paranoid to sleep on. The washroom was clean, but only provided 3 in 1 shampoo, body wash and conditioner. TV channels were decent but quality was bad may be due to the reception. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The only plus point is the convenience of linking to the mall. Simple that like safe is not activated for our use and staff is too busy to activate it.
