We chose it for its great location, which was perfect for us and the front desk staff were very helpful. However the hotel itself is rather run down and dirty, it is in desperate need of a revamp or at the very least, a deep clean.

Located in middle of downtown KL close to the twin towers. Had a few problems and Fazrin and the staff were very helpful. Would stay there again

Hotel Maya is well-located next to Petronas Twin Towers and there's a 24h Indian muslim restaurant right across it. Bed is comfy, just that during the time we were staying, the TV channels were updating so we can't really watch any channels properly. The toilet is a wifi-deadzone though... But overall, the staff are super friendly and helpful with our requests, so we had a great 4 night stays!

If you do not like sleep between midnight and 4 AM than is right place for you. Inside is the Meta sky bar with very very loud music and you can enjoy the music in the all rooms the hotel..

The accommodation is worth the price.
The hotel staffs are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel ambience is very nice and clean. The breakfast time would be better if it’s until 11:00am for the late sleepers. The location is excellent, around 100 meters away from Petronas Towers and 5 mins. Walk to Metro station. Wifi is also very good.
