"Possibly the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I didn’t receive the check in instructions, so on arriving had to spend around an hour trying to figure things out. There are no staff at the property and the phone number on their website is incorrect. Room had no bin, no mirror or tea & coffee facilities. This is a basic. "Excellent location, can walk to most sites or transportation within a few blocks. Easy access to get to the flat. Grocery stores within a block in a few different directions. Lots of restaurants close by too. The place is very clean, good size, and is updated. Has a fridge, stove top, oven, microwave and washing machine. No dryer but they have a drying rack in the closet that we used and our clothes dried over night. Only bad thing is the WiFi is not the greatest and is spotty or very slow most...

It was mostly clean but there was some grit or dirt on the floor as I could hear it rubbing on my case. "Great location, friendly staff, & clean. Appreciated the laundrette! However room was disappointing. So small we could barely move around the bed & we are slim. Altho all photos showed sheer curtains for privacy, our room only had blackout drapes-so no privacy or complete darkness & our room looked out to a back alley area facing dozens of windows. We also had a large support column right in front of the closet and in the path to the washroom. Hard to navigate. And, no luggage rack or bench...

"To be clear it’s an Apartment hotel with no parking, nor any amenities, no assistance to be reached after 6pm daily. Location is good. Room noise facing Queen street is considerable so much so that earplugs are placed in the kitchen for renters. 6 floor had flooring so squeaky everywhere in the apt that one cannot help disturbing others when walking around in the apartment. Have never experienced anything like it. Nice that the 2 bedrooms have 2 separate bathrooms. Rooms are comfortable....
