Explained to receptionist who checked and confirmed prepayment . Was horrified to see next evening I was charged again for our stay . Immediately contacted hotel who suggested I ring next morning . Next morning I commenced the lengthy process of trying to get my money back ! Despite 5 phone calls I never got a call back as promised each time . Excuses...
