Clean apartment, some initial struggle with the front door key ‘technique’ but the video was helpful, could’ve done with a few more kitchen utensils / oven trays for self catering. "Waterhouse lovely clean & comfortable . Poor phone signal & no WI-FI a disadvantage . Despite prepaying by credit card got bill at checkout . Explained to receptionist who checked and confirmed prepayment . Was horrified to see next evening I was charged again for our stay . Immediately contacted hotel who suggested I ring next morning . Next morning I commenced the lengthy process of trying to get my money back ! Despite 5 phone calls I never got a call back as promised each time . Excuses...
