"Great location, great price, great flat layout. Friendly and helpful staff. Im a difficult sleeper (think princess and the pea) I found the mattress a bit too hard and the pillows a bit too soft. But the lunar eclipse could also have impacted my sleep."

"Overall, a great place to stay while in Edinburgh. The price I paid was high, more than any other booking, including London! So I had high expectations. There was some damage in the floor when I got there, the safe didn’t lock, the towel heater didn’t seem to work, and there was no daily cleaning. Wifi, TV, A/C, and other amenities worked just fine. "Staff were very responsive and very easy to contact on the reception and room tablets. We arrived before our room was ready. Our luggage was securely stored and placed in our room for us when the room was ready.
