"Not a 4 star standard of service or rooms. Not fully accessible to the road and buses etc. Staff extremely variable. Some friendly and efficient others disinterested and don’t deliver. For example empty handed staff walk down corridors littered with ice buckets plates etc and do nothing about it for hours. "The staff was nice. The rooms were cleaned daily but make sure to put the door sign on the door so they know to clean it. The attached restaurant was pretty good and staff was nice and helpful as well. The mattress on the bed was very hard and barely had any give to it. Bathrooms were a decent size. Our room was facing towards the back which ended up being very loud at night. You could hear people walking around and even hear their conversations. "Parking was easy and convenient but overall the hotel is just okay. The carpet in the hallways is worn and torn giving it a rundown look. The pool is nice and there is a steam room and a sauna. The room is okay, clean. Same, a little run down. It is reasonably priced and there is a convenient bus stop. "
