"Great value, clean room, excellent location, very nice staff. Only hitch was that the curtain for the skylight wouldn't close, but the nice lady at the front desk offered up some beers as an apology. Worked for me! Oh and they deactivated our room code prior to checkout time. Luckily there was someone at the front desk to give us an actual key card. All in all, great though. "

"The B&B is about a 8-10 minute walk from the tram station that runs to & from the airport (the stop closest is Balfour St). Our room was in the lowest floor (below street level), and was a good size. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fine; plenty of hot water (though the water heater made a loud noise when in use).
