"Whole experience was wonderful from arrival to departure. Room gave a unique but very comfortable experience and food albeit Bed & Breakfast was 1st class. Superb lunch and dinner venues are literally right outside whilst the service and choice in the bar in board were excellent. Been there a few times now and will our my place to go to when in Edinburgh from now on. The tram stop is about 3 mins walk and takes directly to city centre or airport. Could not ask for more. Well done team Ocean Mist"

"This is the 3rd time we have stayed at No 11 and have eaten as well here on a few separate occasions. Staff are exceptional and always cheery and welcoming. We did not eat in the restaurant on this occadion but when we have the food and service has always been what you would expect of a top class boutique hotel. On this occasion we were in room 14, a junior suite and it was superb value for money. Some nice touches thrown in to welcome you for your stay with water in the fridge, 2 tunnocks tea...
