"Quiet atmosphere of Suberb outside the busy city with a convenient easy to use tram and on the route of the hop on hop off tour bus. Great place to stay for a couple of days exploring the city. "The B&B is about a 8-10 minute walk from the tram station that runs to & from the airport (the stop closest is Balfour St). Our room was in the lowest floor (below street level), and was a good size. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fine; plenty of hot water (though the water heater made a loud noise when in use).
