"Pleasant stay staff was very helpful "

"No kettle or toaster. No crockery that is microwave safe. Didn’t see staff on the premises during 3 days. Couldn’t clean the room, as there is no cleaning equipment. Laundry is helpful. "

"Fantastic location in Hollywood area and so close to tons of shops and restaurants. Good parking option at the ovation if you decide not or pay the price for valet parking. Furniture conditions could be improved inside the hotel specially the doors to the rooms and the TV stands and bathrooms. I was very happy with our start otherwise."

"I have fun every time I go here and the staff is great. The hotel shows it's age in some spots but it's a fun getaway. The pool is a classic and a great way to spend a few hours between seeing things in LA. You can walk out to Hollywood Blvd for a bit then chill in your room or by the pool. It is hard to find a pool chair on weekends and it is first come first serve so get your spot early. The staff is always great. Parking is ridiculously expensive and I haven't been there one time when the main lounge wasnt being used for an event at least one day. Overall I enjoy my stays and will be going again. It's the best way to experience Hollywood and then get away from all that crazy when you're tired of it! "

"Nice rooms, concierge and bar area and pool area. The entrance needs a new face but the rest is good. Make sure you mark on the registration sheet that you want your room to be serviced daily, otherwise they won’t do it during your stay. "
