"Petit Ermitage is a fun, funky, caberet of an "experience"- tucked into a tiny street in the middle of West Hollywood, it's a weird retreat from regular life. Covered in ivy, filled with art, discreet, hushed, quirky- if you want a getaway this is the place. The carpet was kinda gross and the mini bar extended all the way through the room. "My stay at the Palihotel was short, but such a positive one. Everything from the cozy comfortable bed to the spotless rooms made it easy to relax right away. The location was perfect, the snacks selection was a great touch, and having secure parking made things stress-free. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. But what really stood out was how genuinely friendly and welcoming the staff were. I'd definitely love to come back when I visit Los Angeles again."

"We had an issue with a person with mental issues, who was not a guest at the hotel, harassing us while we were trying to eat at the rooftop bar. We asked the staff to help us, and the response was “what can you do, right?”, and they let the woman continue to bother us. We asked to talk to a manager about the issue when we were checking out, and have yet to received a response almost a week later.
